Yea, right. I think the car is towing the trucks. The congress has done little or nothing to solve the basic problems dragging down the economy. How about a revision of the tax code? Or approving trade agreements, or fixing infrastructure which would create a lot more jobs than the Keystone pipeline. Or how about figuring out how to make a college degree affordable again so our kids can get good jobs? Unfortunately they spend all of there time Obama bashing and spending millions on investigations that done go anywhere.
This is a particularly bad editorial cartoon. It is a mess. About the only thing right about it is the atmosphere of a lot of noise, most of it coming from the Republicans.
Could we get a glimpse of the License plates on those trucks?I suspect they say something like “J P Morgar Chase” & “Bank of America”..And the Road they are on is Wall Street. .
The funny thing about this cartoon is that earlier Republican’s complained that Obama was not doing enough to help the ecomomy, now that the ecomomy is rebounding and “It is his economy”, they seem to be complianing that he is getting in the way.

Ramirez is just telling the truth. If the government didn’t do the, so called, stimulus the recession would have been over a long time ago. All it did was give the democrats a slush fund to enrich their crony pals while taking money out of the private economy. And, if you didn’t know, the private economy is what powers this country.
