I loved where the Republican candidates were asked who was the greatest living president, and they all said “Reagan.” Because there is no right answer, if you’re a Republican. Poor Jeb. He really missed his biggest Sister Souljah moment, where he could have said out loud that invading Iraq was a mistake. He’s no longer looking the least bit presidential.
Jeb was the “smart Bush brother,” which is not much of a claim to fame. I wonder why he even bothers. The entire Bush family (except maybe Neil) seems to be compelled to put themselves out there as presidential candidates, even feeling entitled to it, when it is clear most of them are neither competent enough for the job or, in some cases, even really wanted it. W. wanted to be Baseball Commissioner, a role he would have been just fine at.Their father seemed to be ferociously ambitious to be…someone. What he did when he got there, he had no idea, but at least he wasn’t stupid. His sons—I don’t know.
With Democrats forgiving Hillary’s defense of a child rapist (by slut shaming his victim) there is nothing they won’t forgive.Republicans apparently have standards.
“…The Shrub shirked his responsibilities as President to protect this nation from all threats foreign and domestic when he first ignored the warnings of terrorists intent on flying planes into buildings…”.That type of attack takes time to prepare, far longer than the 9 months The Shrub was in office. So if you can accuse him of ignoring warnings, then you should also lay blame on Bill “The Benevolent Rapist” Clinton.
Has anyone heard of the youngest brother Marvin Bush ? I didn’t think so, his company was in charge of security for the World Trade Center, Dulles International Airport and United Airlines during and before 9/11. Google it if you dare! Oh, BTW, the CEO of the security company was Wirt Walker cousin of the Bush brothers.
While you are googling there, check out the elevator overhaul project for the WTC prior to 9/11.
