I think a running theme for the 2016 election will be candidates tripping over themselves to identify with the “common man” and his problems. We’re already seeing candidates playing lip service to “income inequity.” It will also probably be a running theme that either they’ll be skimpy on proposed answers or the their proposals will be the same BS they always trot out.
