I’m surrounded by enablers for instance…I went to Noodles and Company Saturday and had pad thai with grilled shrimp and a cucumber salad. So good. But while I’m sitting there eating I can’t help think about the fact that the “Hot and Ready” sign at Krispy Kreme was on when I went by….a glazed and a cup of coffee sure would be good. SO. I parked my car and walked in….OH! The aroma! OH! The selection! I haven’t had an apple fritter in a while, oh look blueberry filled, raspberry…cream cheese! Which one do I really want? Then the lady in front of me says “I have a coupon for any dozen, get any dozen free. Do you want it?”

Anybody want a doughnut?

I don’t do the “D” word. When I put on extra pounds I do more of the :“E” word.

“Are you on a diet?”.Always; of course, not necessarily to lose weight…

A diet? I’m on the C Food diet. Isn’t everybody?
