National {Reagan] is such fun! I always prefer it when :“doing” D.C., and always wonder if the plane will need skis…. This cut-out version could be great fun! But it needs a crash truck in case of emergency (such as a failed water-ski landing)….

If you’re using a Windows computer, right-click the image, copy image, paste it into Paint (or any image editing program), rotate right 90 degrees. If you’re using an iFruit details might be a little different, but I’m sure you can do it.
