I now have health care through my union, The Obama care I had before it was much better and FREE with full dental!Everyone I know, who has it now is over the moon to have healthcare! It has saved the life of one of my buddies and his brother’s wife. I have yet to hear a horror story except for the outright lies and fear mongering from right wing tea bagger crazies who fear equality being forced on them in a country where we ARE supposed to be equal.Those aren’t just words on parchment written by dead men, it is a living breathing document that is the basis of the free society we enjoy today.The only people who want this to be different are terrorists, the 1% and the right wing fools they bought off and burn crosses with on MLK day.Hey look! Exactly! That was my problem with both Obama and Clinton’s plans, that they couldn’t get beyond taking care of the insurance companies, first, last and always. Neither was a liberal on this issue. Dennis Kucinich proposed a paid-for single payer system that was ignored.
Why do I keep envisioning these two gangsters in pinstriped suits visiting neighborhood retailers offering protection insurance, and if they turn it down, some disaster befalls the proprietor or his business. Well, they tried to warn him.
