Someone once explained to me the difference between a Shakespeare comedy and a Shakespeare tragedy. In the tragedy, everyone dies… in a comedy, at least one person survives.
Great comic. I tell people that your average Russian novel reads “Everyone dies. The end.”(Imagine it with a thick Russian accent)
I guess George R. R. Martin have taken a lot of inspiration from Shakespeare.
So, I’d rather stick with Goethe and Cervantes…
