Silly guy doesn’t realize that just because the vehicle is on the property he is looking after doesn’t mean he has the right to sell it without it being considered stealing to do so.

Do not fret…. it really isn’t a nefarious “Chop Shop”…. it is a restaurant called “The Chop Shop” because it specializes in 20 different sorts of pork chop entrees. :)+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++We REALLY need Joel and Rufus to arrive on the scene here and fix this situation back up!
