Ohhh! I’ll buy that mystery! —Especially if it’s illustrated (like one of Edward Gorey’s little books of gleeful doom and cheery gloom).

Years ago on a bus route I drove, there was a street light that would go out when I went by in one of the modified Ford vans we used on lighter routes. If I happened to be driving a full-sized GM or Gillig bus, the streetlight stayed on as I passed it.One evening I drove down that street in my private vehicle, a Ford Bronco. The light went out as I passed. Something about Fords, I guess.
