dzw: Ernst spent 14 months 2003-2004 in KUWAIT as a Naional Guard logistics (supply) officer and NOT a “combat” veteran. There was zero combat in Kuwait during that time,it was only a resupply base of operations.
I love all the negative comments about Col. Ernst from the losing side of the elections.I’m sure they think Hillary was better qualified although she had no military or any other experience…other than being Bill’s dutiful little wife.
Ernst could be a former Seal and she would not get any respect from the other side of the aisle. “Equality” only refers to women of the right political party for the liberals.

just a note: I"m a disabled COMBAT veteran, my son is a disabled COMBAT veteran, Tammy Duckworth is a disabled COMBAT veteran. I do believe all who serve do deserve credit for their service, BUT, I also resent folks claiming to be “combat” veterans, from well, Qatar, Ft. Dix, etc. There was a big flap some time ago about “phony warriors”, and having lost way too many friends in combat, those who claim falsely, take away from those truly deserving, like those claiming PTSD because they want money, not TREATMENT, who are now preventing those who really have PTSD, NOT getting the treatment they need, because phonies are in line ahead of them. 22 suicides a day says phonies need to be called out, and eliminated from the disabled roll.
