It is a soft cheese that comes from Denmark. I live in germany and this cheese is sooo great for macaroni and cheese or grilled cheeses!!

If its supposed to be a soft cheese the havarti slices you get here didnt survive the trip. (Spain)

Havarti’s good, but I like that Gorgon’s Zola cheese. It’s unmythtakably delicious!
