Well the innocent speak a unique language - a muted sigh, a silent whisper, a dumb resignation, a tacit acceptance of all that is wrong.

Press two Ziggy, say it as it is, they will pardon your French.

If you don’t press 1, they disconnect you! Always be sure to complain about it when you finally get connected to an agent.

Coming soon, confess online. That way they can hound you by e-mail too.

Pressing 1 will connect you to IRS agent, Mr. Torquemada. Remember that paying your taxes is “voluntary”! (you could look it up; it’s true!)

I have reported people who worked as subcontractors, and got 1099’s who should have really been on the payroll, for the last company I worked for. I filed 1096’s every year, and year after year, none of them ever filed a tax return at all! I wrote several times to report that they were not reporting their earnings, and also to ask why they aren’t being audited. I provided copies galore. Some were illegals, and one wasn’t. Did the IRS ever go after them on $80,000.00+ a year earnings? NO! Not once. But they attached my boss’s personal bank account for a few hundred thousand dollars on an error of theirs. Yes, I fought the IRS and won, but couldn’t get them to get the tax scafflaws to pay up! You make sense out of it.

MRS SKYWALKER What I love is people who work under the table then expect us to bail them out when they get sick, hurt or old. Didn’t pay taxes of Social Security? Too bad.
