I can’t remember if it was a Toles cartoon or not, but several weeks ago I commented on an editorial cartoon about Putin that it was a case of The Emperor’s New Clothes. It seems I am not the only one with that opinion. If Mr. Toles used the idea, you’re welcome.

Thank God we didn’t use none of them sanction things when Putin invaded Georgia.
