ARodney: cited a lot of people back in the day for smoking marijuana, and it was reduced in court to midsdemeanor disorderly conduct offense instead of felony under the federal laws. We didn’t see a need to go big.. Hard narcotics (actual narcotics like heroin) different story.
Which saw a lot of very violent peoplle on booze, killing others in fights, or behind the wheel, but never saw a single violent person simply on marijuana. Throw in booze, or PCP as well, different story.

I’m more worried about congressmen governing on Citicorp cash than I am about them governing on booze. “Mean drunk” indeed.
