    “They Lie and were fired.”

LIE! Though they exaggerated the costs of the shut down ($30 billion) the real costs was somewhere around $24 billion so they weren’t that far off. Plus it was the Republicans who shut down the gubbermint:You don’t make demands if you are not responsible for the shut down

“So… the democrats made the republicans shut down the government for publicity?”.Yes. The Democrats attitude can be summed up by this quote from Harry Reid when it came to fund cancer treatment for children “why would we want to do that?”.

It was Boehner (the HOUSE controls the “budget” and spending) that shut down the government, every time.

Harley, I know you hate facts, but if you didn’t like NPS having to ration personnel and spending, call John Boy, I’m pretty sure he might have his cell phone in HIS golf bag, and might even answer.
