3rd panel. “BOOOOTS” said like “BRAAIIINS” and that face. I am so sick of hearing references to zombies.

In Viet Nam, the Viet Cong were “Communist insurgents”, or just commies. Today, anyone who opposes the countries we support, or ourselves, is “terrorist”. A small group like McVeigh and Nichols in Oklahoma City, or bin Laden and a small group highjacking aircraft are “terrorists”. An army made up mostly of those we threw out of the the Iraqi army, now coming back into their own country in oppostion to a government they have reason to hate, is not “terrorsim” as at over 30,000 they ARE an “army”. Even the Sandinistas were recognized as a political military, and not just “terrrorists”, and they did hold elections, and initially lost first time around.

Jonah Goldberg made an interesting argument that the President’s actions against ISIS are driven not by geopolitical considerations as much as they are to shore up his domestic political standing:-http://www.nationalreview.com/article/390062/culture-wars-all-way-down-jonah-goldberg-I would very much like to see the President prove him wrong, but the record to date has not been encouraging.

Hmm, Jase99: how quickly did the Iraqi Army, other than the Republican Guard, fold back in ’91? How ’bout 2003? Should we really expect change when we threw the only ones who actually proved they would, and could, fight, out of the country, and they formed ISIL?

So now they are even blaming the Bush administration for corrupting Obama. Sorry folks, you elected him twice, he’s your baby.

Say what you want about the politics about this cartoon. Say what you want about the events transpiring in the nation. Say what you want about Mr. Bors’ Political views. But no one can deny the fact that Obama’s expression in the 3rd Panel is majestic.
