I wonder why GoComics doesn’t publish the strip in color if it’s available? My guess would be that they have to pay extra, and Brunhilda doesn’t have high enough ratings for them to decide to pay the coloring fee.

No, the cartoon is about a government agency, therefore it is political. Follow the news, the IRS have indeed become thieves under Obama admin, seizing money without warrant or due cause in violation of the Constitution
