Missing the black plays again?

It’s annoying, yes. Can not magnify the comic strip in the post and see it better. Some folks have bad eyes.

I would blame this on Brad Anderson, but the other sites and the newspaper print this OK. So what is it about the Sunday Marmaduke that GoComics is getting lazy about adding the details and only putting in the color from inside the lines? These look like a cross-stitch pattern where you’ve finished all of the cross-stitching and before you’ve added the details with back-stitching. I ought to know. I’m a cross-stitch expert!
