How can you have any pudding if you don’t eat your meat? You can’t have any pudding if you don’t eat your meat.

I am beginning to form a strong impression that Ramirez didn’t vote for Obama.

    So Republicans are elitist?

The poles ran about 65% strongly opposed to the bill. No matter what flavor a elected official is they should listen to those numbers.

Agreed. The Congress and President are no longer our servants or representatives, but our wanna-be masters. I haven’t been so upset since Bush started the Iraq War !!

The real Poles, just as their East-European brethren know something about Socialism - care to guess what they think of 0bama’s agenda?

As though the subject of socialism were at all relevant to such a conservative reform.

Note to Bushites: War is not good for children or other living things.

Iraq and Afghanistan—Who shoved THAT mess down our throats?

Conservatives are not against big government telling people what to do, what Conservatives are against is not being the ones in charge of that government.

Hmm, the “free market” ideology was shoved down throats day in and day out for 30 years, but there was no complaint about that. The idea that America’s wars were making the world safer because “they” were dying further off (sorry London and Madrid, you don’t count) was shoved down throats for years, but I guess that didn’t matter either.

Now there’s a little bit of possible regulation or healthcare reform coming, barely enough to be worth raising an eyebrow, and apparently that’s too much. That’s way more than America could bear. How dare Obama do that!

    Meh. What else is new?

I resent that my tax dollars go to kick honorable men and women out of our military who are willing to sacrifice their lives for their country because of a discriminatory rule kept in place by ignorant bigots.

I also like that my tax dollars are being put to a bogus law suit against the Health Care Bill (Federal Supremacy Clause) for political reasons.

Gore Bane – what’s the point of the reference to “forty acres and a mule”? Clarify for us exactly what you mean.
