Boy: Research suggests school should start later in the day. I'm not chronically tardy. I'm an early adopter. Miss Plainwell: An early adopter who gets up at 5 on weekends to play computer games. Boy: Maybe. Allegedly. Hasn't been proven. Miss Plainwell: ...and brag about it online.

This character (Miss Plainwell) is supposed to be a competent teacher, speaking to a student at school. My expectations for her English mastery are therefore higher than for the average cartoon schlub.

Why does she know he brags about it online? I guess she plays those games too and comments on them, too, which makes her a hypocrite! (I’M ONLY JOKING PRO-FRAZZERS)
