    At least it beats out “The Real Housewives” and “The Kardashians” in my book which, since getting Hulu, pretty much solves THAT problem while bagging ice on the ol’ spinal problem !!

    As for the survivor shows. They weed out early those who ARE the ones who could survive in the wild in favour of those who are social butterflies.

    This plugger has decided that fast forward is a great thing. I can watch the interaction with the customers without the “backstory” about the Harrison family and their very bad acting.

    Some of these shows can be interesting and even entertaining at times. They are also quite inexpensive to produce and as such, they are also quite profitable..However, they are still just “shows”…

    We have one shooting around here that is patently false. Some of the actors have been jailed for petty crimes and assaults.

    This is why I don’t have cable TV, I refuse to pay for something I use very little-the drivile on the tube.
