We had 4 girls, and it wasn’t that different when they borrowed each others clothes without permission (sometimes ruining them by spilling something on it). Respect for personal property takes a lot of training to instill.
While not all cultures regard land as property, respect for personal property is a virtue in them all.

Looks like Ruthie gets yelled at a lot for that. The sad part is she doesn’t seem to care.
