When the Denver Post had their comic survey I told them they should have Alice on Sunday, too - and they go and get rid of her altogether. What’s with that? Do you think they’d bring her back if we all threaten to cancel our subscriptions?
Keep in mind that Prickly City jumped ship from GoComics and went over to Comics.com (my cousin’s Net1360’s haunt) and he told me no one commenting the storylines on it!
I emailed the Denver Post twice to ask them to get Cul de Sac back. We’ll have to keep up the pressure!
(the editor gave me a ridiculous excuse that the paper “didn’t have enough room for advertising without dropping some comics”–as if the paper has some maximum number of pages thay are allowed to use! The way they look at it, they can have 2 comics per page, the rest ads, and it’s a ‘comics page’!)
