This is funny because it’s so true. Thirty+ years ago, when I had my first PC, I had a magazine ad response database business, tracking and responding to people who sent in those cards from magazines. One of my clients was one of the first computer-industry magazines. Their state-of-the-art IT department? A single Wang WordProcessor, which is why they needed me. Go figure!
