What is her problem with the snake? It’s not venomous. It can’t teleport, or come through the wall (it’s not Godzilla after all), and it probably resides in a large lidded terrarium with a nice heated rock to sleep on in her neighbor’s apartment. He probably feeds it mice or rats once a week. Humans aren’t on the menu. And we’ve seen it. It is not a 30’ anaconda! It’s too small to eat her or her husband so why all the phobia? She needs to talk to a shrink or a therapist and get over her fear.
