There’s place called “Vintner’s Village” in Prosser, WA. It has tasting rooms for a whole lot of wineries in one small area (about the size of a small mall). I recommend going on a Monday; the local area is pretty well shut down on Mondays and there are no crowds. The board servers will add wines typically held in reserve.

The “wine country” in our area is on small, winding, hilly roads. Sort of self protection against over-tasting.

What do they serve if one is a non-drinker?
