Lots and lots of wings. What could go wrong?

TIL that red is a flavor.

In our store when there is a panic run they seem to be buying a lot of rice, beans, pasta and canned goods

Then they run to the dairy department and clean us out of butter and cheese

Don’t you hate it when a satirical doomsday strip from many years ago become fact in the current world? And I’m not thinking of just Doonesbury and their forecasting of Trump as President. The Simpsons too (animated world) now that I think of it.

Don’t forget the Pop-tarts.

I could use some of that myself.

Saving for a doomsday is impractical, as witnessed in this latest pandemic. The world just works on a global level with food and paper products, car parts and machines, all being produced and consumed. And when it stops, you can see how hard it was to get going again. As the food supply shifted to home consumption, supply chains had to adapt. Will we ever go back to the restaurant lifestyle again, or goin the direction of empty store shelves like in the old USSR?

Why you fat

Pretty much all flus are bird flus which cross over to humans from birds that migrate great distances.

Anybody else imagining Regina King voicing Riley’s dialog?
