Of course it isn’t blasphemy. That would be disrespectful of God. This is exactly the opposite of that – that Apple releases are treated as if a religious experience, which is inappropriate glorification of a mortal.
And that ignores the point that Moses is not God, and therefore is not subject to blasphemy concerns in any case.
Not to mention the fact that this is covered quite nicely by the First Amendment.
And finally, IT’S A CARTOON!!
