Just what the hell is gluten?

So does this mean that the whole wheat pasta, and pizza, and sandwiches, are all free?

This explains why I don’t see any signs that say “Fat Free”.

I have eaten gluten free food before……gluten free should translate to taste or flavor free.

Years ago, we had a local car dealer that used the pitch line in their ads, “Bring your wife and title card, and be ready to trade”. I tried to get a car from them; but, my bride just refused to go with me. I never understood why…

I love the labels on packages and even more, the people who fall for them. Like 1/3 less fat! Less than what – an equivalent block of lard?

Sugar free usually means fat was added. Fat free usually means sugar was added. Yer gits to choose yer poison.

Now if the gluten is no charge…. how much for a jolt of protein? With a fermented carbohydrate chaser? .
