I think mom should start waking Heart an hour earlier for school and put her to bed earlier…and ground her from tv and everything else until she stops the behavior she’s been exhibiting lately. Lucky she ain’t my kid.

Heart is channeling Aesop! Although unannounced tests do demonstrate how well emergency plans work. Announced tests are really just practice for the unannounced test.
