    There is only so much technology I am willing to accept. If you can’t get in touch with me, there is a reason for that: I do not want to be gotten (not to be cofused with begotten) in touch with.

    As for meetings, I would never answer emails; it would interfere with my sleep. This is exceptionally critical when I am running the meeting.

    Funny how meetings are often supposed to focus on increasing productivity, yet the time spent in them — and usually to no genuine point or purpose — prevents you from actually being productive. People think they need to have them in order to give the appearance of Doing Something, yet you can’t actually do anything while you’re trapped in them. It’s that sense of being trapped in itself that made me hate meetings more than anything. What’s more, you’re forced into idleness just by being there, but you’d better not be idle at any other time.
