West of Salt Lake there is a mountain top with TV transmitters all over it called Farnsworth Peak, named after Philo T Farnsworth, who was born in Utah.

That boy up behind Thatababy reminds me of Marvin, the toddler another comic strip is named after.One other comic poster got me wondering if whoever discovered the Caspian Sea thought he had reached an ocean; after all, the Caspian Sea, east of the Black Sea, is a large salt lake.
