Ever see another parent and you think “There should be parenting licenses?” … Or, have you ever done something boneheaded and thought “I’d have never passed a parenting license test”?
And I noticed there’s no Hubris today. I’d forgotten it was Friday (silly me). Now, besides providing some of the best chuckles of the day you are providing a much needed calendar reminder service. Thanks for both!

He worked the pedals while I steered.♫sweetened through the ages just like wine.♫ One of my favorite passtimes as a kid was going to the local supermarket. Dragging a huge cardboard box home while crossing 2 streets. Asking my mother for a steak knife, and going to town cutting up the box into a car, a house, a boat, whatever.
If they had licenses for being a parent, they would either have to set that bar really low, or accept that the population would fail to replace itself. If they do ever institute parenting licenses, I would have to insist on dog tags and strict leash requirements for the munchkins as well.
