Stone Soup by Jan Eliot for March 30, 2014
Transcript:
Stone Soup by Jan Eliot Joan: I used to pride myself on rolling with the punches... Joan: But even though I'm GOOD at responding to whatever life throws at me... Joan: Things would be a lot less CRAZY if I was PRO-ACTIVE and made conscious choices BEFORE the next crisis hits! Joan: Yup. Life doesn't HAVE to be a game of dodge ball. Alix: That's RIGHT! Alix: You can just grab that STUPID BALL, run away as FAST as you can...and start your OWN game somewhere ELSE! Joan: She'll do well. Val: Alix? Is there something you need to tell me?

Is this about Evie being in South Africa? Usually the Sunday comic has no continuity with the rest of the week…or other Sundays, for that matter.

I love the little details in this strip - the little ? and ! by Luci’s & Max’s heads, the flush in Alex’s cheeks. It adds a lot!
