Barter is highly over rated and cliché. I get a lot of people who want to barter. Problem is what they want are high-on-the-hog cuts and I can sell all of that for real money. I don’t even eat those cuts. I eat-low-on-the-hog and I only have a little of that available for barter. People who want to barter should be willing to barter for the low end, the extras rather than expecting the premium cuts.
