We had a boot in our company who couldn’t do one pushup. He was immortalized with a photograph in the boot camp yearbook trying vainly to pop that vein in his forehead.Of course, the rest of us had to “Give me 20” to compensate.Good times.

Dogs have chins. My Lab has as much grey as I do.

It’s actually a pull up…..

@hoseline827A military PT director once told me the difference between a pull-up and a chin-up. A pull-up has your palms away from your face as you grasp the bar; a chin-up has your palms toward your face as you grasp the bar. Satchel has his palms away from his face. You win the prize for correctly identifying a PULL-up.

Personally, I stick with look-ups (for pizza delivery), hiccups, and throw-ups.

So far, it’s all isometric.

I think it should be “bottoms up”.
