Its easy, just drink nothing but water for 48 hours before hand, make sure to drink alot. I can donate a pint in 3 minutes that way, but one soda in those last 48 hours and I just doubled my time to 6 minutes, more than one soda, could easily be 15 minutes. Juices, milk and other things are better than soda but still slow you down some. I donate every couple of months to help out, so I’m a pro at it.

Yup, if I have a coffee before I donate, it’ll slow me down to 5-6 minutes.
