Two memes, one toon. Brilliant.Of course, this inevitability is why many Tea Party members want a private arsenal. I have to admit, I’ll be unprepared for the Zombie Apocalypse. Anything short of that & I’m good.
It appears that Thomas Jefferson once warned his 16-year-old grandson about trolls: “In the fevered state of our country, no good can ever result from any attempt to set one of these fiery zealots to rights, either in fact or principle. They are determined as to the facts they will believe, and the opinions on which they will act. Get by them, therefore, as you would by an angry bull; it is not for a man of sense to dispute the road with such an animal.” — Thomas Jefferson, writing to Thomas Jefferson Randolph, November 24, 1808. Who knew?
Funny how Heinlein seemed to like libertarianism, but was honest enough to show how it could not work in the real world — some of the time. Can’t have it both ways, folks: can’t have the benefits of organization without organization.
The Tea Party, and most Republicans, would never nominate someone who would agree to get government out of the bedroom. That’s where they generate the most outrage! (And the most money!)

Ansonia: it’s pretty hilarious that you cons keep bringing up Alinsky, as you, and your “leadership” constantly follow the Goebbels Playbook…..

You really expect Tea Party members to read that? You’ve got high hopes for those people.

Ansonia: example? Anything released by the RNC in the last five years, or Limbaugh, or Faux, or “leaders” like Cruz, Boehner, McConnell, et al.
