    In a Dennis the Menace Christmas Special ca 1970, in which all the stories were based on carols, that was Dennis’s idea of “Christmas Treasure” when they were sining “Deck the Halls”.

    As a kid, I saw a world of possibilities to explore. As an adult, I see a world of cheap plastic junk. Being an adult sucks.

    I’m going to date myself here and say when I was little, most stores only had toy departments during the holidays. You might find a few the rest of the year, but after Thanksgiving there were aisles of toys.
