Interestingly, shrapnel is named after Henry Shrapnel, a British officer who developed the first actual “shrapnel” type shell, which obviously came to be named for him.
I don’t think there’s anywhere to put an extra person on an Apache. It’s a gunship not a transport.
And if the medevac chopper can’t land, the Apache should be gunning for the bad guys.
