simpsonfan2: He sure continued one. The Treaty of Versailles was defeated, so we are still at war with the Second German Empire. He weakened the League of Nations, thus aiding the rise of fascism and WW-II. A treaty with the Third German Empire hasn’t even been proposed, much less submitted to the Senate, so all we have is an armistice to stop the shooting, but thanks to Harding, we are still involved in both world wars.
