Michelle Obama has done nothing to restrict soda sizes. You’re thinking of NYC Mayor Bloomberg.

All I can think of is that everything in that car will rot. Ever try putting some baby teeth (after they have fellen out, of course!) in carbonated, sugared drinks? It’s an excellent teaching tool.
