La Merda. Those beans are a little more than refried.

Q: Do you know why there are no Pizza Parlors in Crustwood?

A: No one can figure out how to order.

She should fall back on her go-to Jello Jigglers, the mix of lemon and orange that are just SOOOOOOOO elegant… I still can’t get that one out of my head! GAH! I need more BB than the recommended dosage for THAT one!

    Aha…. here’s a problem….

The recipe would be difficult, if you wanted to follow it exactly.

It calls for “Velveeta Cheese.”But Velveeta is NOT cheese. Legally it can’t even be labelled cheese.Velveeta is a pasteurized processed cheese product.Mmmmm.

Does she even know how to open the Velveeta? That can be tricky you know. I remember the “elegant” jello to. Wonder how long it took her to make them? This recipe is not hers so it’ll be hard to make. I think we all need to line up and kick her..

Can’t stand Velveeta. My Uncle used to fish with it and would leave it in his tackle box. Open that box and PHEW!

Good thing she has a note to call the Dr.; could be an ambulance they need after eating “Bev’s nacho dip”.

I can remember a neighbor who could not figure out the “recipe” for Jello (to make it set) – REALLY!

I must admit that I sometimes use cans of Amy’s Vegetarian Chili (various kinds) because right now I consume so many different legumes that I don’t want to bother soaking and cooking so many batches for both chili AND bean salad for every day meals. I like my chili very mild tho’ and not runny, so I will cook up some healthy vegetables like parsnips or carrots and then dice small enough to mix in to thicken and calm the chili (and I still eat it with a wild and brown rice mix with a fresh salad).

Back when I was a very new cook I challenged myself to make everything from scratch – angelfood cake from fresh eggs, various breads, French eclairs and puff pastry from scratch.

Joy’s problem is the 10 minutes at the bong before the guests arrive.

My fishing son would take my good aged cheddar to fish. But sometimes he’s go out and dig up his own earthworms.
