OK- question is “what do your kids resent from your time in their childhood?”
My answer: that Mom was way too strict (especially after a couple of sneaky parties when I was out on a date) and they also found out that I had bugged their phone after my divorce so that did not happen more. I WAS supportive of their homework and their sporting events (but did not allow football- too rough!)
