Sums it up nicely. Just how many bullets DO you need to stop a deer? Should we be indulging the inaccurate? I think not!

It doesn’t matter what kind of legal sanctions people may put on firearms, there will be people out there that may use them illegally.…And if I find out that I can own and have a “suitcase nuke” out there—doesn’t matter if it is legal or illegal that I can own one—that I can carry around like a briefcase and detonate somewhere, guess what?…I’m going to want that weapon in my arsenal, so that I can use it when I need to.…As much as we would like everybody out there to follow the laws set forth, not everybody is going to do that.…And even if there are laws out there limiting clip size and the number of bullets in the magazine, it isn’t going to matter whether or not the person that obtained their magazine illegally will use theirs.…We made our choices, both legally and illegally.…And choice is what this will all boil down to.

1st step towards totalitarianism is to get guns off the hands of everday people. Don’t fall for it America. Tell ’em if they want our weapons, they can get the bullet first.

Keeping a couple AR-15’s away from nuts isn’t NEARLY as important as keeping large capacity magazines for MAC 10’s, Uzi, Glock, Smith and Wesson, Ruger, and other short barrel weapons from “gang bangers”, 7/11 robbers, and others who use these “semi-auto”, but AUTO-LOADING firearms! Also, civilians do NOT have a legitimate reason for body armor or “bullet -proof” vests, unless their occupations place them in a more “hazardous” environment, like guards, couriers (like diamonds etc) or bodyguards. Gang-bangers and bank robbers shouldn’t have the easy access they do.

Yes, the “assault weapon” ban IS totally overblown, as most folks out there don’t even know what the TRULY dangerous weapons on our streets are! Another hint: they are NOT legitimate hunting weapons, either rifle, or shotguns.(Yes some states DO authorize hunting with pistols.)

Gee, and the gun nuts keep hoping we’ll forget all about this stuff. Too bad!Universal background checks on ALL gun sales. Make high caliber semi-automatics available only to those who have gone through training & a more thorough background check. Make high capacity magazines available only to those with a demonstrated need. We already do this with fully automatic weapons & you don’t see them getting into the hands of criminals or crazies very often.

Uh, pumping 6-9 rounds into a clerk at 7/11 with a stolen Glock, or Mac 10 may be “nuts”, but criminals committing armed robbery, with no regard for human life, aren’t considered “insane”, even if the robbery does only net $7.46 from the register.

Yeah, what if there were, like, eleven deer? One might get away before you have a chance to reload!

Ignorance is only what you see when you look in the mirror, truth is what you will only get from me.…And outlawing anything out there will only mean that outlaws will have it—doesn’t matter if it is weaponry or even drugs.
