I like the author’s name.
A mirror, a razor blade, and a rolled up $100 bill came with every car.
As I recall, DeLorians were only the only color, sort of a silver gray…

Actually, there were NO colors. The body was aluminum and it was NOT painted !! That would be the " silver gray " that you were recalling.
You’re right that they weren’t painted, but they had stainless steel body panels.
