Now I miss THAT “Delta.” I would mean Greg bringing THAT “Delta” back.

Everybody: get 15 minutes or so of direct noon-day type sunlight, until you turn the lightest shade of pink, is the goal. Your body makes a lot of vitamin D3 which is Protective again skin cancers. Burning and peeling, though, raises your risk a lot.

But you’ll look much older and wrinkled at a younger age – and you won’t like THAT, Tiffany.

huh- so they knew that was unhealthy even back then. Interesting!

You can always see the effects of too much sun- just check out the homeless people. That leathery look of their skin is a direct consequence of being outside all the time, with no cloud cover.

Recently one of my brothers had a large amount of cancer on his skin removed and they had to use 18 stitches.

Somehow I’m having flashbacks to 1965, sitting around a campfire…. “Well there’s just one thing”—“just one thing”“I don’t understan’”—“don’t understan’”“Why the Southern whites”—“Southern whites”“Use Man-Tan.”—“Man-Tan.““Which side are you on, boy?Which side are you on?Which side are you on, boy?Which side are you on?”
