It’s interesting that Tiff’s design has basically not changed overly much since the 1980s. Short of getting a small bit heavier recently, she’s ALWAYS had the same hair, lips, eyes, etc. Compared to the entire rest of the cast, most of whom are barely recognizable now (check out Fat Teen Brad compared to Chiseled Firefighter Brad; or Sunglasses Delta with Boring Delta), she’s like this never-changing beacon of normalcy.
