I like that art work. Too bad about the money that never was. Somehow I think the marriage wouldn’t have lasted. I disagree about the “boring” remark.

A friend of mine tells a true story about a farmer in the early 1950’s who was trying out a tractor for the first time…….like many small farmers, he had been operating with a team of horses.After being told how to put it in gear, he slowly took off……he drove down into his field and could be heard hollering “Whoa! Whoa! You son of a %$#@&!!!”, as he drove through a fence.

BTW, what ever happened to Chipper, Skeezix’s younger brother?

We’re a wee bit confused here. Chipper is Skezix’ son. Corky is Skezix’ younger brother. He runs the diner. Chipper is in medical service, either a PA or doctor. It would be nice to see Amanda Lyn, the girl named for a musical instrument. That still beats being named for a chain hotel in France.

I vote for a story arc featuring Corky’s biker chick daughter Eve Wallet.

Corky, Chipper, Rover, Boog, Amanda Lyn, or Eve, any of them would be fine in a story. But please no more of this and no story about Slim and/or his mother and cousin. Clovia also would be okay if she could slip away from Slim.

Or the crew and customers at the diner. There must be a story there somewhere.

I’d like to visit Corkys’ diner again. I’d like to see this include many more of the old characters in the story lines.

I deleted this strip from my list about a week ago. I came back hoping there was a new story but I see this one is still going. I guess I will try again in a month or so. I am starting to think it is time for Jim Scancarelli to turn in his crayons. See you all in a month.

The present story line has been going on for nearly two months now. I have a feeling most of the fans of GA are getting tired of it. There are so many interesting characters in GA, in particular the children/grandchildren. Where are their romantic /college episodes? All we’ve gotten are cats and dumb hobos who want to marry donkeys. I’m about to become an ex fan unless Jim changes the story soon.

I like Joel and Rufus.
