I’m not sure how long exactly the cast has been on, but the muscles in her left hand and wrist have probably atrophied, and trying to wash them with the other hand may be a bit tricky.
It overpowers the smells that would normally permeate that apartment so it must real bad.
I’ve never had a cast on before. Is the smell really that bad when you take it off?
